2024 Holiday Gift Guide

Holidays

Looking for some holiday gift inspo? Gift giving can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be! Here are some clean skincare and beauty, wellness, and low-tox home recommendations that would make thoughtful gifts for a loved one. Most of the products listed are ones that I’ve tried and loved myself, while a few are on my Christmas wish list. I hope these recommendations are helpful for you this holiday season.

CLEAN SKINCARE

1. Maya Chia The Straight A
One of my top non-toxic retinol favorites. This combines encapsulated retinol (no BHT used) with phytoretinols like bakuchiol and moth bean extract. Retinoids are a must-have in any skincare regimen for healthy skin aging! They help promote radiant skin by increasing skin cell turnover, boosting collagen production, and improving skin texture and tone.

2. Le Prunier The Signature Mini Set
I’m obsessed with all Le Prunier products, especially the Plumscreen, which is my go-to sunscreen. This mini set is the perfect gift for someone to sample their beautiful products.

3. May Lindstrom The Honey Mud
This is a luxury experience in a jar! It’s my favorite way to pamper myself without leaving my house. The Honey Mud smells heavenly, and my skin always glows after using it.

4. Three Ships Mega Watts Eyes Brightening Kit
No one has time for dark undereye circles, especially with all of the holiday festivities going on! This kit includes their Biodegradable Eye Masks and their new First Light Brightening Eye Cream to help de-puff and brighten under the eyes.

5. Marie Veronique Barrier Restore Serum
Healthy skin starts with a healthy skin barrier. This lightweight serum supports and restores skin barrier function, which in turn balances skin moisture levels and reduces inflammation.

CLEAN BEAUTY

6. Soshe Peptide Glow Hydrating Lip Treatment
A hydrating lip balm powered by peptides. I keep this in my purse at all times for plump and hydrated lips!

7. Westman Atelier Lip Suede Matte Lipstick Trio
Look fab this holiday season with these beautiful, non-toxic lipsticks! They contain peptides, Vitamins C, E, and are created with Hydro Suede Technology that delivers a matte finish without drying out your lips.

8. RMS The Silky SPF Edit
I love a good tinted sunscreen (they’re my go-to when I need to put on something quick for running errands), and the RMS SunCover Up Super Tint SPF 50 does not disappoint! This holiday gift set includes a limited edition silky bag and the Skin2Skin Everything Brush.

9. Roen 75° Warm Eyeshadow Palette
I’m always looking for new eyeshadow palettes to try out, so when I discovered this one from Roen I couldn’t resist! It’s a beautiful, warm palette that’s easy to apply for a glowing, effortless look.

LOW-TOX HOME

10. Quince Ruched Faux Fur Throw
This throw is ultra cozy and dreamy (it’s on my Christmas list)! Made with recycled materials, it’s OEKO-TEX Certified and at a great price compared to similar throws from Arhaus or Pottery Barn.

11. Smithey Starter Set
Cast iron cookware is a staple in my home. I have a few of the Smithey skillets, and they are THE best cast iron pans I’ve ever used. They’re aesthetically pleasing to look at in addition to being non-toxic. If you’re not sure what to get from here, the Starter Set is the perfect gift.

12. Grow Fragrance Holiday Hearth Candle
Not all candles are created equal. Most are made with paraffin wax and harmful chemicals, lead wicks, and toxic fragrances. Grow Fragrance is a company that makes super clean sprays and candles that are plant-based and eco-friendly. I love their candles, especially the holiday scents!

13. Biom All Purpose Cleaning Wipes Starter Kit
Biom wipes are 100% plant-based, biodegradable, and non-toxic. I love how convenient they are for grabbing and cleaning up messes (I have a couple of their dispensers in different rooms of my home).

WELLNESS

14. Pique Sun Goddess Matcha
The only matcha I drink and stock up on at home to support radiant skin from the inside out. It’s Quadruple toxin screened for heavy metals, pesticides, mycotoxins, and radioactive isotopes.

15. Saje Wellness Good Cheer Festive Diffuser Blend Collection\
Stay calm and bright with these festive essential oils from Saje. In need of a diffuser as well? Love this limited edition Aroma Lustre ultrasonic diffuser.

16. Purity Coffee Whole Bean Sampler Gift Box
Coffee you can feel good about! Purity coffee beans are the only ones I buy for home. I love that they third-party test for mold and mycotoxins (a big issue with coffee beans and grounds).

17. Aphina Passionfruit Marine Collagen
Drink your way to beautiful skin with this liquid collagen! It’s delicious (they have other great flavors as well), not messy like powdered marine collagen, and a great addition to teas, coffee, matcha, smoothies, and more.

Happy holidays!
Xo, Dr. M 🤍
